By accessing or using PicRecast, you agree to these terms and applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

PicRecast provides tools for processing existing images, including the conversion, compression, resize, crop, fit, pad, and local recast modes shown as available on the website. Feature descriptions and documented limits form part of the service information. A listed or described future feature is not promised until it is actually made available.

You retain ownership of files you process. You are responsible for having all rights and permissions needed to use each file and for complying with privacy, intellectual-property, publicity, and other applicable laws. Do not process unlawful content or content that infringes another person's rights.

Results depend on your file, browser, device resources, and selected settings. PicRecast may reject unsupported, animated, malformed, oversized, or unusually complex files. Features may be changed, suspended, or removed for maintenance, security, legal, or product reasons.

The currently available local tools do not require an account. Account features are not part of the present public service. If accounts are introduced, additional terms will explain credentials, security, deletion, and any account-specific data.

PicRecast does not currently offer an active paid plan, subscription, checkout, or payment service. No refund or renewal promise applies where no purchase is offered. Any future paid service will present price, billing, cancellation, renewal, and applicable refund terms before purchase.

Do not use PicRecast to break the law, infringe rights, distribute malware, bypass safety limits, probe or disrupt the service, automate abusive traffic, or interfere with other users or infrastructure.

The PicRecast software, site design, brand, and original site content are protected by applicable laws. These terms allow you to use the public service for its intended purpose; they do not transfer ownership of PicRecast materials or authorize copying the service itself.

Image processing can affect file size, visual quality, color, transparency, dimensions, animation, orientation, and metadata. A smaller file is not guaranteed. Keep original files and inspect every download before publication, printing, archiving, or another important use.

PicRecast is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. No uninterrupted operation, universal browser compatibility, or fitness for a particular purpose is promised. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Where permitted by law, you are responsible for claims and reasonable costs caused by your unlawful use of PicRecast, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.

Access may be limited or blocked when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security threats, legal obligations, or material violations of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, excluding Hong Kong SAR, Macao SAR, and Taiwan. Disputes shall be submitted to a court with jurisdiction at the operator's place of residence. Mandatory consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded in your location remain unaffected.

Updated terms will be posted here with a revised last-updated date. Material changes will receive additional notice where appropriate. Continued use after updated terms take effect means acceptance where permitted by law.
